there for her clients every step of the way. As the driving force

Shelby’s primary goal is to
coordinate and oversee office information, agent schedules and to
make sure that you, our client, have all the information that you
need.
Shelby makes sure that your listing appears on each of our featured
websites as well as the local MLS. Shelby maintains the team’s
client database in an effort to drive potential buyer’s to each
listing. She also prepares documents, builds and maintains
presentations and coordinates mailings to our database.
She submits all advertisements to specific newspapers and magazines
and coordinates weekly open houses.
If you have any questions, concerns or matters that need to be
taken care of…Shelby will direct you to Carl and Trisa, and the rest
of the team, in an effort to provide you information and the best
possible service.
When the time comes for your home to go into escrow, Shelby’s goal
is to make the closing of your home smooth and error-free.
Shelby oversees the transaction throughout the entire escrow
process. She is in constant contact with the listed escrow officers,
the other representing agents and their selected lenders to assure
proper communication and representation throughout the process.
She schedules home inspections, termite inspections and repairs.
Any forms sent to you directly relating to your home sale will be
sent by and received by Shelby. She makes sure that all documents
have the required signatures, that deadlines are met and that we do
our best to assure we will close escrow on time. |
